Ledihep :
Ledihep is a prescription medicine contains ledipasvir 90mg and sofosbuvir 400mg used to treat chronic Hepatitis C infection for the genotypes of 1,4,5 or 6 with or without cirrhosis that prevent hepatitis C virus (HCV) from multiplying in human body. Ledihep also used with Ribavirin for the patients with advanced decompensated cirrhosis for Genotype 1 or with Genotype 1 or 4 with or without compensated cirrhosis patients who had liver transplantation.

your liver problems and other diseases
Hepatitis B history
Liver transplant
Kidney disease (suppose if you are on Dialysis)
under the treatment of heart rhythm problem cardiocare medicines
HIV or AIDS treatments

Ledihep along with Ribavirin should not use if you have the following ,
severe kidney disease;
a hemoglobin blood cell disorder such as sickle-cell anemia or thalassemia; or
if you are pregnant, or if you are a man and your sexual partner is pregnant.
if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant ,inform to your doctor before taking Ledihep
Ledihep sometimes used with ribavirin. Ribavirin can cause birth defects or death in an unborn baby. You may need to have a negative pregnancy test before taking ribavirin and every month during your treatment.
Suppose you are a woman, avoid or do not take ribavirin if you are pregnant. If you are a man, avoid or do not take ribavirin if your sexual partner is pregnant. An unborn baby could also be harmed if a man fathers the child while he is taking ribavirin.
Use at least 2 effective forms of birth control to prevent pregnancy while either sexual partner is taking ribavirin. Keep using 2 forms of birth control for at least 6 months after treatment ends.
Tell your doctor immediatly right away if a pregnancy occurs while either the mother or the father is taking ribavirin.
Suppose if you are breast feeding mother to a baby ,immediatly inform to your doctor, because ribavirin passes thru the breast feeding affect the child

Ledihep approved for the age morethan 12 years

Take Ledihep exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

You can take Ledihep with or without food. Take Ledihep eachday at sametime until the treatment get complete.
if you've never taken Ledihep, your doctor may prescribe an 12-week course of Ledihep — regardless of whether you have irreversible liver damage (cirrhosis).
Your doctor may tell you to take Ledihep for up to 24 weeks if you have liver cirrhosis
Follow your doctor's dosing instructions very carefully.
Frequently check your blood for liver function and other parameters as per your doctor instructions

Hepatitis C is often treated with a combination of drugs. Use all medications as directed by your doctor. Read all patient information, medication guides, and instruction sheets provided to you. Do not change your doses or medication schedule without your doctor's advice. Every person with chronic hepatitis C should remain under the care of a doctor.
Tell your doctor if any of the following side effects are severe or don't go away:
Increased tiredness
Trouble sleeping
Serious Side Effects
While no major side effects of taking Ledihep have been reported, serious side effects are still a possibility.
Talk with your doctor, or seek immediate medical care, if you experience any severe health conditions.
Tell your doctor and pharmacist about all prescription, over-the-counter, illegal, recreational, herbal, nutritional, or vitamin-containing drugs and supplements you're taking.
You shouldn't take Ledihep if you're taking any of the following drugs:
Antivirals like Aptivus (tipranavir) and Olysio (simeprevir)
Cordarone, Pacerone, or Nexterone (amiodarone)
Crestor (rosuvastatin)
Dilantin and Phenytek (phenytoin)
Equetro, Carbarol, or Tegretol (carbamazepine)
Lanoxin (digoxin)
Rifadin or Rimactine (rifampin)
The herbal supplement St. John's wort
Other drugs that may have serious interactions with Ledihep include:
Antacids, like aluminum hydroxide, Tums (calcium carbonate), and sodium bicarbonate
Axid (nizatidine), Pepcid (famotidine), Tagamet (cimetidine), and Zantac (ranitidine)
Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide)
Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) like Dexilant (dexlansoprazole), Nexium (esomeprazole), Prilosec (omeprazole), and Protonix (pantoprazole)
Tagamet (cimetidine)

Videx and Videdx EC (didanosine)
Ledihep and Alcohol
Drinking alcohol can worsen existing liver disease.
Since doing so essentially works against Ledihep's benefits, limit or avoid the use of alcohol while taking Ledihep.
Ledihep and Grapefruit Juice
Ledihep is a relatively new drug, and scientists aren't sure whether the liver breaks down Ledihep the same way as certain chemicals found in grapefruit.
To avoid any possible interactions, avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice while taking Ledihep.

Missed Dose of Ledihep
If you miss a dose of Ledihep, take it as soon as you remember.
However, if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your next dose at the regular time.
Don't double up on doses to make up for a missed one
